Refund and Exchange

Qns 1. How can I get a refund?

Ans: Please refer to our terms and conditions for the refund policy. If you have out of stock item in your order and you do not wish to use the excess balance for your future order, please complete the refund form.

 

Qns 2. Instead of refund, I wish to replace with a new item, how should I go about it?

Ans: You can use our replacement form and we will process the replacement for you.

 

Qns 3. The item I received is not suitable for me, can I request for refund?

Ans: No, we do not accept refund for such case. Please refer to our terms and conditions for the refund policy.

 

Qns 4. The item I received is defective, can I ask for refund or exchange?

Ans: We will decide on a case by case basis. For this case, you will be required to take a photo of the item and its defective parts and attach in the email and send to us for review.

 

Qns 5. How long does it take to process refund?

Ans: Refund will be processed in 2 - 3 working days once refund form is submitted.

 

Qns 6. Will the shipping fee be refunded if my order has out of stock items?

Ans: Excess shipping fee will be refunded if any.
