Shipping and Delivery

Qns 1. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?

Ans: Upon receiving your payment and processing your order, your goods will usually arrive your country in approximately 7 working days* (not inclusive of local delivery period). There may be delay in shipment sometimes and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

*Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays

 

Qns 2. What are the type of delivery?

Ans: Delivery will only be made by DPEX/EMS courier service.

 

Qns 3. What are the shipping charges?

Qns 4. If I order 10 pieces of item, what would be the total charge?

Ans: A 10 items order will have to pay handling charge of NZD20.00 and shipping fee of NZD0.00 excluding the total amount for 10 items. Shipping fee is FREE.

The more items purchased, the cheaper will be the charges for each item.

 

Qns 5. Why are there items with **?

Ans: This is only an indication of the weight of the item. Customer need not worry about the ***.

 

Qns 6. Will I be given the tracking number?

Ans: Yes tracking number will be given once we have sent out your goods. We will update the tracking number together with your order status.

 

Qns 7. Will I be informed of the delivery?

Ans: We will update all customers by email once their goods are delivered. Customers will also be informed of their orders for any out of stock items.

 

Qns 8. Is there self collection mode?
Ans: No, there is no self collection. All packages will be delivered by courier service.
